Cllr Alan Smith, Deputy Mayor and Cabinet Member for Growth and Regeneration, said: “In Lewisham we are serious about supporting our residents to get a foot on the jobs ladder and our annual job fair is one key way in which we do this. The Lewisham Job Fair is always a well-attended event and this year we’ve got even more employers with live job vacancies that residents can apply for on the day. I’d urge all residents who are looking for a job or those who simply want to take their career to the next level to attend this year’s event and see what opportunities are on offer.”
Major sponsors of the event this year are Lewisham Homes, Shaw Trust, and People Plus.
