Over the summer there has been speculation on the future of Millwall Hot Shot, Lee Gregory who netted 27 goals last season. Before the start of the season Rotherham made a bid for him which was rejected by the Millwall Board. It has also been reported in the national press that Wigan are considering an offer ,to the best of my knowledge at the time of writing this Wigan has not made a concrete bid.
Gregory is out of contract at the end of the season & Lions boss is determined to keep hold of Gregory. I understand that Millwall have made an offer of a new contract which apparently is a good offer. It remains to be seen if Gregory will sign Millwall will be keen secure any deal before the transfer window closes. They won’t want to get to the January window with him not secured because he could run his contract down and leave in the summer and Millwall get nothing for him. I assume that he would be keen to back up north.
