Preview | Southend v Millwall

Saturday 17th September 2016 | Kick-off 3.00pm

Millwall travel to Roots Hall, this week, to take on Southend United, who this season, have so far carried on last season’s form. This season they have only one of their seven opening games. Personally, I am surprised that Phil Brown is not under pressure knowing the way football is these days.

The Lions have been allocated 2,000 tickets for this game so for a game just across the river they should take a big following.

Neil Harris will be taking a full squad with him; with the exception of Shaun Hutchinson still recovering from a hamstring problem. Lee Gregory will be in the squad. Lions’ fans are glad to see him back. I reckon he will be on the bench to start with.

Millwall summer signing, Dave Worrall, who was a Southend player last season, has already stated he is up for the game.

For me, I believe it is three points for the Lions
